New Joint: "Bread" - Punchline featuring Tony Ozier (Produced by Norther'n Lights)
Fokis and his Loyalty Digital Corp. label continue to put out impressive music and recruit some serious talent to their roster. To kick off the 2013 year, Loyalty Digital Corp. has just announced that they have added indie hip hop artist/emcee Punchline to their artist roster.
Based out of New York City, Punchline is gearing up to release his newest mixtape in this year's first quarter. The mixtape will serve as a pre-cursor to his upcoming album which will be dropping later in the year.
The first track from Punchline to flow through the Loyalty Digital Corp. pipeline is entitled "Bread" and it features vocals from Tony Ozier over some really dope production from Norther'n Lights.

New Joint: "Organ Donor" - Stryfe featuring Miz Korona & Skorpion
After releasing his "Opening Act" EP earlier this year, Local-Mu12 member Stryfe is back with “Organ Donor" featuring Miz Korona & Skorpion; and its the first official track from Stryfe’s upcoming "The Last Resort" LP, which is produced entirely by Mark Byrd and was created with all live instrumentation. The Last Resort will be released in early 2013.

“The 17th is an artist from New London Connecticut, and he and I actually have an entire album sitting in the stash that is crazy. Here is the first single from his upcoming EP, "Free Music", which will be dropping in late August. The 17th is vicious on the mic and his word play is something else" says Fokis.

New Joint: "Pass Dat" - Fokis & RP featuring King Sun
“Pass Dat” featuring King Sun is the second official single off of Fokis’ upcoming "Vintage" album, with an old school banger Produced by HipHipHeredia (Fokis' Older Brother).
King Sun was one of the first and most successful Afrocentric hip-hop artists in the early 90's, he was a force on and off the mic. His Gold selling album "Righteous But Ruthless" featured the smash single "Be Black" which solidified his place in Hip-Hop history.
The "Vintage" album is scheduled for release this summer and features Hip-Hop legends Kurtis Blow, DMC, Grandmaster Caz, Brand Nubian, Kool G. Rap, Spoonie Gee, King T, MC Eiht, Mic Geronimo, N.O.R.E. and more.
Created with two purposes in mind, The "Vintage" album was intended not only to salute Hip-Hop’s pioneers but also to re-create the sound and feel of the early 80’s through the mid 90’s. Fresh off of releasing Sadat X's "We In New York" single, Fokis & his Bi Coastal Conglomerate LOCAL MU12 release their debut single, entitled “Pay What You Owe".
With Stryfe having just released his EP, 'The Opening Act', on April 17th, “Pay What You Owe” features him alongside his fellow Local MU12 Union Members RP & FOKIS. "We plan to drop a new record every week leading up to our debut album release Labor Day. This record most definitely fits the #NewGoldenEra format too says Fokis. “Pay What You Owe” is produced by Local MU12 Member 'MoodsandVibrations' (who has previously produced for the likes of Boot Camp Click, Run DMC, Punchline & more).

Of those upcoming releases, Fokis & Sadat X discuss the forthcoming Sadat X solo-project, New York, that Fokis is executive-producing and their mutual respect and budding business relationship.

Fokis Releases “A Vintage State Of Mind” Mixtape (Hosted By Sadat X & DJ Chonz)
Serving as the official prelude to Fokis’ The Vintage Album, the mixtape features guest appearances from Sadat X, King Tee and more. The mixtape comes with a Graffiti inspired Black book with many legends doing tags, throw ups and pieces.
"For me this mix tape is special because it is my first solo project in a while. It was fun creating this material and I look forward to connecting with my audience." says FokisFokis is also offering some giveaways with the A Vintage State Of Mind mixtape. Fokis Video Interview With Hip Hop Icon Kurtis Blow (Par 1)
Not long ago we featured this interview with Fokis and legendary musician Olu Dara. Hip hop producer, emcee, executive and all around entrepreneur Fokis had the honor of catching up with the hip hop icon Kurtis Blow for this in depth interview.
