New Video: "The World Is Not Enough" - Asher Roth

The hippy look definitely just adds to the philosophical mystique that is Asher Roth. Hate him or love him, the dude is unique and makes fresh, feel good music. Even when the music makes you think.

It didn't take long for Asher Roth to mature into a more though provoking and lyrically focused artist. Now that he is older, and seemingly more wise, it appears as though he has a lot more interesting things to rhyme about these days.

In case you missed it, Asher Roth's new album "RETROHASH" just dropped on Tuesday April 22nd.

New Joint: "The Street" - Fortunato feat. Grhymes, Notez & Realistic (Prod. By Blanxx Of The Lost Info)

Toronto based rap artist Fortunato puts together a good cast for this all Canadian hip hop collaboration. "The Street" is a really dope cut, produced by Blanxx of The Lost Info.

Here's a great description of the track:

Dark haunting melodies intertwine with tales from the hood in this cross country collaboration. Veteran MC Fortunato brings together Vancouver's own Grhymes who serenades the listener with an infectious hook while MC's Notez and Realistic of Toronto's infamous Teesdale projects and KOTD fame illustrate everyday life on the street with vivid lyricism. Production is provided by Blanxx of The Lost Info.

This release is the first airing of material from the pair who have an EP in the works coming soon on EATGOOD entitled "How To Tame Lions". The new project drops on Monday April 21st.

New Video: "On Fire" - Redway (Prod. by Wondagurl)

Another dope Toronto rap artist who gets slept on is Redway. His flawless flow and lyrical prowess is definitely evident on this ill cut produced by one of the sickest young producers in the game right now, Wondagurl. Did I mention this is an all Canadian collab? Must be why it feels so nice when you hit that play button.
