Jay-Z Tells Young People To Vote In HeadCount.org Campaign
Jay-Z took it upon him self to deliver a message to the youth during a recent show. In this video clip, Hov makes a public service announcement telling young people to vote for this year's "Vote Again 2010" campaign headed up by HeadCount.org.
