Flynstonez Productions Presents The Debut Mixtape from King, "The Audition"

Flynstonez Productions has announced the release of King’s, born Takwi Kingsley Abongwa, first mixtape entitled, 'The Audition'. King, an up and coming hip-hop artist, has paired with Flynstonez Productions to produce 'The Audition'. The mixtape has been released electronically and can be previewed or downloaded online at http://www.flynstonezproductions.com/p/music.html.

“The mixtape showcases King’s original style, along with samples from hip-hop artists whom have inspired him and meaningful references to his African culture,” says Chris Killiebrew, Flynstonez producer. 'The Audition' was inspired by King’s desire to see hip-hop return to it’s classic lyrical roots. All 12 tracks were recorded at Bed Roc Studios in Mt. Vernon, New York with executive producers Reggie Huggins and Chris Killiebrew and recorded and mixed by Ryan Lopez.

About King:
King, born Takwi Kingsley Abongwa, is an up and coming rap artist and lyricist from Harlem, New York. King began writing music at the age of nine and soon after joined a music and acting program called Impact in the Bronx, New York. Impact is a youth program to help develop the stage presence and song writing skills of young performers.

During his time at Impact he was mentored by the producer Kwame who helped to inspire and motivate him to continue writing and rapping. During his time in high school he participated in freestyle battles and made an appearance on the MTV2 show, Fight Club. King is currently enrolled in Touro College Digital Media Arts program, where he attends classes to educate himself regarding the production and business side of the music industry. He’s released his first mixtape, 'The Audition', in November of 2011 and plans to release an original album in beginning of 2012.
