Cool Nutz Releases New Video "Family Bond"

Portland, OR- Wednesday, July 20th: For almost 20 years, Cool Nutz has been a pioneering force in the Northwest hip hop music scene. Over the years, Cool Nutz has sold a total of 70,000 albums through his highly successful independent label, Jus Family Records.

He has also had two major label record deals with Big Beat/Atlantic and Universal Records. In addition, Cool Nutz founded The Portland Oregon Hip-Hop Festival, now in its 13th year, and created and continues to program The Northwest Breakout Show on Wild 107.5 Portland/ Clear Channel.

Cool Nutz is also showcased in Seattle’s Experience Music Project Museum alongside Sir Mix A Lot. Additionally, Cool Nutz has released nine solo albums featuring artists such as E-40, BG, Tech N9ne, Kurupt, Ras Kass, Baby Bash, Mac Dre, The Grouch, Mistah Fab, C-Bo, and more.

Despite all of the accolades, Cool Nutz has always had to deal with the negative results of his success. He quickly realized that jealousy and envy are powerful emotions, which can cause regular people to step outside of their normal character in order to harm others.
