Eternia Signs New Deal, Attends SXSW & Shares Exclusive Interview W/ HipHopDX

No matter how much more open minded we become, it always seems like we fail to recognize the talent of female emcee's and how much they truly bring to the table. From Roxanne, Salt N Peppa, MC Lyte, Queen Latifah, Eve and Missy Elliot to present day Nicki Minaj, and one of my personal favorites the long time hard grinding Eternia.

Eternia is my favorite female emcee, her amazing flow and electric live performance put her on my radar well over 5 years ago. Hailing from Canada's capital of Ottawa, Ontario, this emcee has been in the rap music business, performing and releasing music for well over a decade.

This blog author is happy to report that Eternia has signed a new record deal with Fat Beats records, alongside great label mates as hip hop producer and rap artists Black Milk and Saddat X. This indie hip hop label is a great fit for this artist.

The highly skilled beat maker/producer Moss from Toronto, who recently executive produced the third installment in Obie Trice's discography with "Special Reserve", has also signed with the record label as he executive produces for the talented female emcee.

For more details on Eternia, her new deal and what's coming up next in her career, I encourage you to check out this awesome video interview exclusive with the crew over at HipHopDX: http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/videos/id.5117
Also, peep this wicked joint she dropped in 2009 which I still can't stop bumping! Here's "Foul Child" by Eternia:

Straight up, stop sleeping on this talented girl! She represents Canada proudly to the fullest with her art and music. Her love and spirit for hip hop has kept her killing it in the game, and believe me when I say she can put a lot of hot emcee's to shame! She also does not shy away from the truth of the matter, which is that...TORONTO IS THE HIP HOP CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! STAND UP!

What do you think of this female rap artist and her music? Would you like to hear more on what's next from this artist? If so, drop some comments y'all. (who knows maybe one day I'll reach out for an exclusive interview)
