The group is led by MC Crumb who joined the Army and was deployed to Iraq and recently returned to the States. Crumb used his paychecks from “Operation New Dawn 11-12” to fund this LP, which focuses on corruption, the politics of war and all aspects of life and their love of their home town Pittsburgh.

New Joint: "Poisonous" - Chaotik Stylz featuring Oh No & Roc C (Produced by Oh No)
Chaotik Stylz started emceeing at the age of 16 with his crew in Buffalo. After his mother passed away, it lit a fire in him which propelled him to take his gift more seriously. Upon linking up with M.E.D., Chaotik was introduced to Oh No and through the wizardy of technology received a beat-tape from Oh No that would inspire him to start crafting the material that would eventually become The Subliminal Substance LP.
The initial recording stages of the project soon thereafter lead to Chaotik Stylz holding up at Oh No’s studio in Oxnard, CA. “We worked the entire time I was there, all I did was choose beats and rhyme during that trip. However, as the process played out, most of the original beats I picked during those sessions were scrapped and new ones were selected. The time I spent out there changed me as an artist and started me on the path I'm currently now on." says Chaotik.
Since the completion of his LP, Chaotik has stepped into a new arena and begun on a path of sobriety, but The Subliminal Substance is full of drug and alcoholic rage; pain of loss, mental issues and a "Chaotik" lifestyle.
Chaotik Stylz has stated “The Subliminal Substance centers on the idea that Hip-Hop music has become a highly addictive, yet dangerous drug which is ruining the spirit of its listeners; it has become a shadow of its former self and this is my ode to its glory days and hope that the art-form will return to its greatness.”

New Video: "Lost" - Tona (Produced by Rich Kidd)
On June-18-2013 Toronto's best kept secret TONA will be releasing his debut project, "Silverspring Crescent", which is produced in its entirety by fellow Toronto talent Rich Kidd. Already a heavily packed release date, with albums dropping from Statik Selektah, Mac Miller, J. Cole and Kanye West. Honestly though, this is probably going to be the album I go out and cop before all of those mentioned above.
“Silverspring Crescent is actually the name of a street in the borough (Scarborough) where I am from (Toronto) so I named the LP that to show the world exactly who I am and where I come from” TONA states. “Music is a reflection of life and Rich and I have been working together for years now, so that chemistry and experiences come together on this LP.”
Here is the official music video for "Lost" which is produced by Rich Kidd and directed by Marcos Fantu.

New Video: "Flexin" - Yultron featuring Honey Cocaine
LOS ANGELES, Calif., JUNE 4, 2013—Today, Stampede Management’s newest artist Yultron, releases his highly-anticipated mixtape "Skywalker". "Skywalker" is a combination of the Yultron’s signature carefree, mellow flow over smooth, laidback beats making for the perfect summer soundtrack.
Moreover, tracks like the playful "Miss Behave," pair Yultron's smoky drawl with suitably hypnotic, triumphant strings. On the first single off the mixtape, "Flexin," Yultron links up with Tyga’s protégé and hotly-tipped female MC Honey Cocaine, who recently released a 22-track mixtape, "Thug Love" herself.
Over an atmospheric, bass-driven production from Platinum producer DKevrim, the pair takes a deserved moment to celebrate life as the visuals clearly depict here in the “Flexin” music video. In addition to and appearance from Honey Cocaine, the "Skywalker" mixtape also features a collaboration with Def Jam’s rising rap artist, YG.

New Joint: "Over" - Dice Raw (Produced by Khari Mateen)
On the heels of his 2013 Grammy nomination for his contributions to The Roots album, "Undun", Dice Raw is currently putting the finishing touches on a concept album entitled "Jimmie's Back", inspired by the New York Times bestselling book, "The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Color Blindness" by Michelle Alexander.
The first single, "OVER", features a crooning Dice Raw on the hook, in between his always clever but simplistically-easy flow on this tune about giving up.
As a lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Dice Raw is no stranger to the perils of the streets. Though his own story is one of triumph, with the album "Jimmie's Back", Dice is painting his own unique picture of the plight of men in urban environments. Through song, his take on the struggles, temptations, and injustices suffered by all is one for the ages.
"Jimmie's Back" is laced with Dice Raw's signature, reality-packed lyrics. Like its namesake-inspired book, "The New Jim Crow", the project is soul mixed with angst, and fans of Dice Raw are sure to linger over the stellar, emotion-heavy production of Grammy-nominated producer Khari Mateen of The Roots, Black Thought's group in development - The Wurxs, and others.
Dice Raw's "Jimmie's Back" album drops on Wednesday June 19th.

New Video: "Free My Mind" - Mic Crenshaw featuring Ray Fraizer (Produced by Elwood)
I am definitely feeling this new video from Mic Crenshaw, this joint is dope! Rockin' sample with some cool lyrics and some good quality visuals to support the whole concept of the track. Mic Crenshaw just scored him self a "new favourites" tag here at F.O.R.M.. What do you think about this new video?
Press Release:
"This is Mic Crenshaw's ode to getting into the wind and just letting go. Growing up in Chicago and Minneapolis, Black Bikers were a part of the sub-cultural landscape and Mic's own family. Settling in the Pacific Northwest and becoming a rider himself, this video captures the feel of the open road in one of the most picturesque places to ride. Two wheels down; a rock jam with Hip-Hop sensibility.
Mic Crenshaw is currently recording music for his third solo-LP and he is also working on an upcoming Rock/Rap EP entitled “Bionic Metal” which will be released this summer."

New EP: "End Of Level Boss Music" - Mylo Stone & Percy Filth
Purchase: "End Of Level Boss Music" - Mylo Stone & Percy Filth
"Yeah we should work on some tunes bro" is a statement that gets thrown
around by producers and emcee buddies everyday worldwide. Usually life, procrastination and
other musical distractions occur until the once promising agreement on working on new
music turns into a hip hop elephant in the room and nothing comes to fruition.
Producer Percy Filth and emcee Mylo Stone had such a conversation
around 10 years ago and thankfully what could have been an elephant is instead
a shiny new EP on Aerosolik records and Eatgood records collectively.
So...what is "End Of Level Boss Music" ? Well lets set the scene, the jolly in-game
music fades out, the scenery dulls into blackness, you've got a matter of seconds to
check your power-ups/items and surroundings (theres usually rumbling too) before
a menacing soundtrack starts up and you're presented with a monster of gigantic
proportions. Think Robotnik, Bowser, M Bison, Gorro all rolled into one; this is the
sort of music they'd play when they're at home!
"End of Level Boss Music " has Percy Filth upping his game with maximum
hit points; his production style has elevated meaning the drums knock
even harder than ever before, the synths are even more infectious and the
trademark glitches/blips and bloops are very much live in effect! Meanwhile,
Mylo Stone is deadly as always and used all of his experience to unlock hidden characters
like Rola Roc, Sonnyjim, Kosyne, Juice Aleem, Bva, Eva Lazarus, Split Prophets
and Serocee to help him on his quest as he smashes through 7 tracks of stellar hip hop.
Shout out to Eat Good Records for linking us up with this dope project!
